A slower-paced, full-body workout emphasizing your deepest abdominal connections and back mobility.

A guided movement class that reconnects your breathing with your core activation. Each part of the workout is designed in a dynamic way to help aid in mobility and strengthening, all while promoting balance work, coordination and posture.

Grip socks are required. Ages 18+ & Levels.

Not suitable for 2nd & 3rd Trimester individuals.


Signature barre

60-minutes

A 60-minute class that targets your entire body. You’ll leave feeling like you can take on the world (and you can)! This class is the best way to fully immerse yourself in the barre world. It’s suitable for all fitness levels. Modifications are offered to increase or decrease the intensity.

Get ready to feel the shakes! Grip socks are required. Ages 18+.


SPIN

50-minutes

Hop on & Get ready for the ride of your life!

This 50 minutes begins with a small warm-up, into some upper body strengthening with hand weights. Followed by choreographed movements to upbeat jams & a quick stretch at the end to wrap it all up.

Clean indoor shoes are required. Ages 18+.


Dance Fusion

60-minutes

Ready to bring out your inner care-free dancer and workout like never before?

This class combines the best elements of dance for a fun, energetic, & effective workout. Our dance parties combine low and high-intensity intervals for a full-body workout.

Cardio, strength training, and flexibility - check, check, and CHECK! Ages 18+.

espresso/ Express barre

45-minutes

We’ve taken our signature 1-hour class and condensed it into 45 minutes. You’ll still get all the shakes & pulses that you’re used to but in a shorter amount of time - it’s the perfect little workout! Check out ESPRESSO BARRE for the same efficient class starting at 6:15 am!

It’s quick. It’s effective. It gets the job done. Grip socks are required. Ages 18+.


Baby Got barre

60-minutes

Our Pre/Postnatal barre class takes all of the best parts of barre & adjusts them for the safety & changes of your new amazing body. Postnatal mamas can bring or wear their babies for the duration of the workout. The age limit for children to attend is 3 years old. Please ensure you bring items to keep your child entertained throughout the class. We ask you to take a step out, if needed, quietly.

Our Pop-Up Classes


BARREDIO

45-minutes

Signature Barre + large movements + cardio = BARREdio.

This 45-minute class takes our love for barre & brings in a cardio element. You’re going to sweat more than ever, shake like crazy, strengthen all over & all while having a blast!.

We recommend taking our Signature Barre class first. BARREdio is fast, with minimal breaks and is very intense. Not recommended for women in their 3rd trimester or early postpartum. Grip socks are required. Ages 18+.


Heels

60-minutes

Heels is just as it sounds - dancing while wearing high heels! A choreographed routine involving standing & floor work. It’s challenging but in a fun way! You’ll finish your routine feeling confident, sexy & ready for more!

Heels are not required but highly encouraged! Dress sexy and confidently! Ages 18+.


Line Dancing

60-minutes

Ready for a rowdy good time?

Follow along while learning some classic line dancing routines. Grab some friends, dress the part & dance the night away!

Clean indoor shoes are required. Ages 18+.


Signature booty & core barre

50-minutes

When you take the two favourite sections of the class and turn them into one KILLER 50-minute workout, you get our Signature Booty & Core Barre. Your entire body will still fire up throughout. However, the primary focus is on all things glutes and abdominals to leave you feeling oh-so strong!
