Dancers are required to be in the correct dance attire (according to their class dress code). 

We have one bathroom to use as a change room. Please consider sending your dancer(s) to the studio dressed and ready to go. 

Our dress code ensures that all dancers are dressed appropriately, comfortably and in a way that allows the teacher to ensure proper form.

No jewelry (including smart watches) is allowed to be worn in class. Medical and or religious jewelry do not apply, but they must not be a distraction in class.

MINIS / TINY TOTS:

• Girls: Pink tights and a solid-coloured dance bodysuit. Dance skirts are allowed but are not required, and must stay above the knees (they must not be a distraction in class). Hair is neatly pulled back in a bun. Full-sole pink Ballet shoes.

• Boys: Fitted black dance pants with a fitted solid-coloured shirt. Hair off the face. Black full-sole Ballet shoes.

• Gender Neutral: Pink tights or fitted black dance pants with a solid-coloured bodysuit or fitted solid coloured shirt. Hair off the face or pulled back if past the shoulders. Black or pink full-sole Ballet shoes.

COMBO:

• Girls: Pink, beige or black tights and a solid-coloured dance bodysuit. Dance skirts are allowed but are not required, and must stay above the knees. Hair is neatly pulled back in a bun. Full-sole pink Ballet shoes & Black Patent Tap shoes.

• Boys: Fitted black dance pants with a fitted solid-coloured shirt. Hair off the face. Black Ballet Shoes & black Patent Tap shoes.

• Gender Neutral: Pink, beige or black tights or fitted black dance pants with a solid-coloured bodysuit or fitted solid coloured shirt. Hair off the face or pulled back if past the shoulders. Black or pink full-sole Ballet shoes & black Patent Tap shoes.

BALLET:

• Girls: Pink tights and solid-coloured bodysuit. Hair is neatly pulled back in a bun. Full-sole pink Ballet shoes. 

• Teen/ Senior: Split-sole pink Ballet shoes.

• Boys: Fitted black dance pants with a fitted solid-coloured shirt. Hair off the face. Black full-sole Ballet shoes.

• Teen/ Senior: Split-sole black Ballet shoes.

• Gender Neutral: Pink tights or fitted black dance pants with a solid-coloured bodysuit or fitted solid coloured shirt. Hair off the face or pulled back if past the shoulders. Black or pink full-sole Ballet shoes.

TAP:

• Girls: Pink, beige or black tights and a solid-coloured bodysuit. Optional black dance shorts or leggings over top. Hair is neatly pulled back in a ponytail or bun.

• Junior/ Intermediate: Black Mary Jane Tap shoes

• Teen/ Senior: Tan Mary Jane Tap shoes

• Boys: Fitted black dance pants with a fitted solid-coloured shirt. Hair off the face. Black lace-up Tap shoes.

JAZZ:

• Girls: Fitted solid-coloured dance pants or leggings with a fitted solid-coloured tank top (no crop tops) or a solid-coloured bodysuit with optional black dance shorts. Hair is neatly pulled back in a ponytail or bun. Tan slip-on Jazz shoes.

• Boys: Fitted black dance pants with a fitted solid-coloured shirt. Hair off the face. Black slip-on Jazz shoes.

• Gender Neutral: fitted black dance pants with a solid-coloured bodysuit or fitted solid coloured shirt. Hair off the face or pulled back if past the shoulders. Black or tan slip-on Jazz shoes.

Contemporary:

• Girls: Fitted solid-coloured dance pants or leggings with a fitted solid-coloured tank top (no crop tops) or a solid-coloured bodysuit with optional black dance shorts. Hair is neatly pulled back in a ponytail or bun. Tan half-sole slip-on contemporary shoes.

• Boys: Fitted black dance pants with a fitted solid-coloured shirt. Hair off the face. Tan half-sole slip-on contemporary shoes.

• Gender Neutral: fitted black dance pants with a solid-coloured bodysuit or fitted solid coloured shirt. Hair off the face or pulled back if past the shoulders. Tan half-sole slip-on contemporary shoes.

HIP HOP:

• Solid coloured dance wear (no inappropriate wording, graphics, signs, booty shorts or crop tops). Hair neatly pulled back in a Ponytail or off the face. Clean indoor runners.
